Technical Skills
- Maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical Subsea equipments including
-Wellhead tooling( conductor housing running tool, wellhead running tool, Drill Ahead tool, casing hanger pack-off running tool, multipurpose tool,...)
- ROV tooling (Torque tool onshore/offshore, Stroke tool, Tool carrier, laser alignment tool, inspection camera, TCU, FCM running tool, SCM running tool, ...)
-Tie-in (preparation of well jumpers: poppet leak test, back seal test, installation of Seal magazines, hydrostatic Cap, ... valve module)
- Coil tubing lifting ( carry out inspection ,function and load test , hydrostatic pressure testing)
- Knowledge on the PCS (subsea control unit) : communication test on SCM and MCM.
- Flushing and pressure tests up to 15k PSI (1034bar) with various fluids (HW443, AZOLA, water, etc.).
- Mobilization/demobilization of offshore equipment including Load out and backload of equipments
- Operate the overhead crane and the JIB cranes in the workshop for handling and lifting heavy and light subsea equipments (wellhead tools, ROV tools, Christmas tree, EDP, LRP,...)
- Responsible for the 5S of the hydraulic hose container.
Document control and management Skills
- Scan and digital archiving of work packages after customer signature.
- Classification of documents according to their category (Green Tag / Yellow Tag, Red tag ), date and status.
- Updating databases in Excel.
- TOTAL work permit management. (make sure the permits are still valid and are signed in the morning as well as the tool box talks before the start of work requiring Total permits, make sure they are temporarily closed in the evening after the work in accordance with the laws of the Industrial Base established by Total energy).
